Small Business web design prices start at $750 for a custom website design. 

Church webdesign pricing is explained on the non-profit web page.

Hosting and Maintenance
Small Business accounts are $40 per month for Shared hosting and $60 per month for Dedicated IP and Hosting.  Church and non-profit accounts are $20 per month for shared hosting.
